Info:

The 6th Tokyo Music Festival was an international music competition in which each participant performed a single song. A total of 16 artists took part in the contest, including 12 international acts and four Japanese performers. The Runaways were second on the running order and performed All Right You Guys but did not win the grand prize.

This performance was notable for one important reason. Jackie Fox had decided to leave the band shortly before the festival, forcing Joan Jett to take over bass duties while Lita Ford played all of the guitar parts herself. As a result, the arrangement was somewhat simpler than at the band's usual live performances.
